Upon registration for this online course you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately from your registration. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not complete your registration.

You must be over the age of 18 to register for this course.

Purchasing this course grants you a single, nontransferable license for your personal right to access the course content. This license expires 24 months from the day of your first access to the course content.

Cancellation and Refund

You have an undisputable right to cancel the purchase within 30 days of the purchase. On cancellation, you have an undisputable right to receive a full refund of the purchase price. This right is valid until you open more than three lessons contained in the course. Or have taken any of the certification tests contained in the course.

Login Details and Access to Course Content

You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Details and agree not to provide them to any other person. You specifically agree that you are responsible for any activities that occur under you account.We may disable your account at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with these conditions of use.

You agree that Sundblad & Sundblad is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from any breach of security caused by your failure, and/or the failure of other persons who obtain access through you, to maintain the confidentiality of your Login Details.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the website (including access to the Internet via an Internet Service Provider and any associated costs), and for maintaining your computer system and any other equipment required by you to access the website. Sundblad & Sundblad makes no warranties regarding the access, speed, timeliness or availability of the Internet or network services.

Warranty and Liability

Sundblad & Sundblad may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so you should check them on a regular basis. The latest version will govern any future usage by you of the course's site.

You must take appropriate steps to ensure that you regularly check for viruses when using the website on any device.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond our control.

Whilst we do our best to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if, for any reason, it is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or any part of it at any time, without notice, for any reason (including without limitation any breach of these terms and conditions).

You agree that you will not copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire course materials to third parties, nor use for running your own courses without prior consent confirmed in writing by Sundblad & Sundblad.

You agree not to record (audio or video) the course or any part of it, using any recording device.

This contract is governed in all respects by Swedish Law and the Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts.
